he would have lost those premium if he exercised the calls anyway...

he made sure he got the shares however way he can... options or open market... if he got them at around $27 das good!... if at $26.90 even bettah!


his goal is met... how can you say it's a losing proposition ? the fat lady hasn't sung yet.
