As was posted earlier, the Refinery Cartel can build another refinery in or near Jacko's location of their own without borrowing a dime from a lender.

Yet WOULD that happen?

NOT if you have read anything in depth about the Oil Refinery industry, and/or used some common-sense logic as to WHY they are perfectly fine with the current refineries they own, and don't need another one built for the forseeable future.

Electric cars are tapping at their heels. Cars can be converted EASILY to liquid propane.

And then: If OPEC decides to lower the price of a barrel of oil AGAIN pumped out of the Middle East, Texas pumping operations can AGAIN come to a screeching halt. And - the need for refining would "have to be cut back" for the refiners to stay profitable.

If Russia keeps flexing her muscles against Israel, don't be surprised to see the Trumpster regime link up with the Saudi regime and bring the price of oil down to dirt-dog deep price cuts. Russia needs the price of oil as high as they can get it to keep their economy stabilized, but neither the U.S. nor the Saudi's are in that arena. Besides - it might be a great ploy to get more Republican votes come this November ... if the Trumpster dropped the price of gasoline down to say a $1 a gallon.

Notice the Gubment isn't "mandating" new refineries be built. BIG REASON FOR THAT!

Profitable refinery operations is what both the Gub and the Refiners/Big Oil have quietly agreed to, for predictability and economic stability" (though you'll never see it officially in print proving it).

The reason for global warming is because hell is getting hotter.
