Yep, hopefully the CEO explains it properly to market because yesterdays panic sellers definitely misinterpreted the S1 "registration"...which is a far far cry from an "effective" S1 filing...especially since there's been no shareholder proxy vote notification filed...which has to be the very 1st step to any proposed future reverse split if one ever comes here cheers:)
