Hi Kellie,

I did see this as it unfolded, if you read my posts I was one of the first to call Dilution.

What I did not see was BEFORE it unfolded, and learning why was the only reason I hung around.

series D/E shares and impact under dilution
Dirivative based funding (didn’t even know that was a thing)
List of known previous scams (OMVS on the list)

I was quite fortunate, Dilution started before I got in. Once it did, I would not touch with a ten foot barge pole.


Still picking stuff up on this. The swings in price even under dilution are fascinating (Who is buying ?)
The spreads created by the MMs

What happens if dilution stops. Could it ever have a future, or is it just a constant wheel (I suspect the latter)

Also my dilution calculations were accurate, based on the upcoming bonds vs share price and discounts.

When I made them they shot me down in flames.. but they turned out to be spot on.
