How does this speak to NNVC and antiviral therapeutics, other than it is an egregious scam?

Other than Mills' claims defying the laws of thermodynamics and quantum mechanics, it's a real cream-puff of scam.

Fortunately, the investors who have bagheld for more than a quarter of a century waiting for something to happen, can afford to lose everything. One might say they even deserve what they're going to get.


I suspect that Mills is just a delusional insane crank. He truly believes he's an unsung genius to whom the gods are speaking.

Unlike Diwan and Seymour, who set up their silly fairy tale from the outset to rip off the investing public.
