I know what you mean. I think today's news is meaty enough to be of significance. It is seemingly the last hurdle to clear in order to convene the panel and complete the GRAS declaration. Unfortunately mgmt can never put any specifics to anything and we have to guess at timing ......

But I do think this announcement signals ZIVO is on the cusp (should be "weeks" not months) of moving into the commercial phase of the corporate lifecycle. Its been a long time coming. Still am uneasy about Nutriquest test ..... but if that is a success ..... it should be full steam ahead to commercialization !!!

Would be nice to hear more commercial licensees coming on board. But we really don't know if mgmt can execute on the commercial side of the equation. Dahl may be a little better on the commercial side than the R&D side .... but that remains to be seen.
