Suspect management decisions that have led to a chicken/egg scenario: they can't expand without investor capital, no investors without expansion.

Doesn't change the fact it's an incredible concept. I've never heard anyone say "nah, I wouldn't take my kids there". It baffles me they can't raise $1mm.

I didn't get a chance to ask about Joey's compensation on the call, but I think it would go a looong way towards improving sentiment if he restructured it so that it was performance driven.
