So then companies that grow hemp wouldnt be able to manufacture CBD, making them far less profitable? They would only have the option of selling ti pharma company which will drive down prices because they have a monopoly and more competition.

I do think that if the DEA tries to crack down on OTC CBD people will revolt and we will see protests and petitions and all sorts of upset citizens!

Its only a matter of time...
