If you have L2 you'll see OTCX on the ASK started with around 14k shares, now it's up to 18k.

IMO they're trying to generate FUD by buying into the ASK well above B/A to get some of us to sell. Since that route didn't work, they'd sell into the bid (900) shares at the mid point between the ASK to perhaps generate FUD in the other direction.
