He could have had them sign a nda also...

With an nda, nobody but those involved know.

The point is he has been acting in ways that are questionable and causing people to want to sue him for a long time.

Been a lot of people here on this board who seem to think the SEC should be after him and shut him down.

The thing is if something does happen to him legally...What would that do to SEGI since it seems to be a one man show?

He claims 5 employees, what are they doing?

He claims his brother is vice president of Communication. Have you heard or seen anything from his brother in the last 5 years? Seems he has a real job elsewhere.

Just saying why I won't be buying anymore SEGI.
I personally don't trust him.
