And yet here they are years later... surviving.
They're getting their money from somewhere to fight a legal battle with kosmos and clearly there's been no reverse split.
So how are they doing it? Gotta be Offor. What other explanation is there?
To carry on and even to go after other properties and fight a legal battle or a few, one needs at least a million bucks I would think. This company's market cap is half that or less. Talk about value!
Now that Offor has his equity stake back (presumably)... no real need to do a reverse split (seemingly)... but you're right in that one never knows.
