that the Company's exclusive Master Distributor JPA Associates Ltd. ("JPA") of West Sussex, England has been actively representing its unique Mastic Blast™ Beverage Brand, and Intact Nutrition Brand of Products both featuring its proprietary blend,
Nutri-Mastic™.

JPA has submitted a stock purchase order for Intact Digest™, (8 oz and 2 oz); Intact Energy™ (2 oz) Intact Liver and Colon™, Intact Esophagus™ and Mastic Blast Beverage™ with the product being placed in Revital® Ltd. (www.revital.co.uk)
