Walter - I bought another 36K yesterday. I’m way overweight in Excelsior, but am confident of a 3-5X upside. Copper isn’t going stay at these levels indefinitely and all the research I’ve done re the appeal persuades me it has no merit and will be overturned...perhaps sooner than later.
