The current share price is surprising as without the financing, the risk of the business continuing was very high. With the financing, it gives the company some life. I can't see them bankrupting and wiping out the shareholders as the management team has a lot of shares that they would lose as well. It's a question of what is the business plan moving forward and can they right the ship? IMO
