142,000,000.00 / 3.33 Billion looks like .0426

Key word though was "About" $164,000,000.00 in cash

That should leave the other 100 Million in the $2-5 range to start...

Do have to get those IYP IOU shares out though I believe...no cert share attached to them...could take a while
