Well conversions have been halted apparently as indicated by the TA but it remains to be seen how much of those converted shares are still waiting to be sold. Doesn’t appear to be many right now. So, that is an environment much different than the one that existed during the last several PRs. Additionally, I’d agree that a float of 209M is very attractive for a company reporting with decent revenue and positive EBIDTA. So, good news can definitely cause a sustainable run but the most important thing for that to happen is the company must acknowledge that a restructuring has taken place and that toxic financing will not be used in the future.
