They are seeking private investors. This was also mentioned in Q1 2018 PRs. Chances for introducing more shares in the market are pretty thin at this point. Last bit of dilution was done in February 2018 and AZFL has came out with clean filings and transparency. 0001s are looking solid right now, it is still not late imo.
