$NBEV is a disaster waiting to happen.

Brent Willis has a long history of failure, along with a track record of over-promising and under-delivering to his shareholders.

We've traded $NBEV, but would never consider making a long-term investment in the shares, based on Willis' prior business failures.

Celsius doesn't need to adapt its products to the seemingly potent allure of CBD drinks. It's nothing but a hyped-up, flash-in-the-pan, marketing gimmick with no staying power.

A perfect story line for someone like Willis.
