MGWFF - USA – Henderson

Maple Leaf Green World, operating through its wholly owned subsidiary, Silver State Green World LLC (SSGW), acquired BioNeva Innovations Inc. (BioNeva), including its’ cannabis cultivation permit. BioNeva, based in Henderson, Nevada, holds a medical cannabis cultivation facility and a Class 5 business license to produce cannabis.

The company purchased 3.89+ acres of land in the City of Henderson for the construction of a 20,000 sq. ft. (the Facility”) cannabis production facility (total capacity expected to be 33,500 sq. ft.). Phase I capacity is projected at 3,500 lbs of dried marihuana or equivalent.

SSGW has contracted Nevada based Architectural and Planning Firm – Pacific Design Concepts and Cannabis Commerce Group Consulting for project management, procurement, & engineering, and construction.

SSGW is applying for a building permit from the City of Henderson and construction will, thereafter, commence immediately. The anticipated completion date of Facility is end of 2018.
