something has to be done to prevent investors/capital being lost overnight. Not legal entities you say, perhaps there should be a rule that new management will have the right to take over for free against old managements wishes after they drove company to the ground. This way investors don't lost overnight, there will be hope, people will have jobs, and old management doesn't stick around
