Facts Facts and More Facts:
Charts:
Notice the ACCUMULATION the day of ENO's second head fake:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=143570322

Notice the last line before the signature on the letter on the second to last page of this document: https://www.pwc.com/ca/en/car/bioamber/assets/bioamber-030_091418.pdf

THE PRESENT OFFER SUPERSEDES THE PREVIOUS OFFER. ENOs first head fake net him $200,000,000 MORE. Now a second offer after head fake 2. Sounds positive.

Notice the trading: Tons of Retail were killed on Enos head fake and even more exited the building yesterday. Yet look at the trend lines.

PRice of BIOAQ was .0228 on August 31 and the price yesterday was .0229 with less retail and more info.

Now follow along with the highlights and the trading:

Notice how the letter on the second to last page of this document above uses the words "The buyer have the financial capacity to meaningfully participate and bid for the assets. LCY generates over XXXXX in free cash flow..."

Well I calculate the free cash flow to be $128,000,000 USD after converting from Taiwanese dollars. https://quotes.wsj.com/TW/XTAI/1704/financials/annual/cash-flow

ALSO LCY is owned by KKR: https://www.reuters.com/article/us-lcy-chemical-m-a-kkr/kkr-led-consortium-to-buy-taiwanese-chemicals-firm-lcy-for-1-56-billion-idUSKBN1KD080

Only think you need to know about that is KKR has BILLIONS....This is a walk in the park for a cup of coffee to them.

Example: What happens if LCY owns 50MM buy the end of this...No one can say they do or don't because they have no requirement to report given the time frames. So they purchase the ASSETS for $XXXX and then they pay us $1.00 (just an example to keep the numbers round). The cost of the assets would actually be $XXXX - $1.00 per share that they own = Great deal for them.

I would love to hear anyones thoughts on these points.
