There are some notes left to convert. As far as how much is anyone’s guess. Volume slowed yesterday and there was no T-trade so that stands as good news. Even with the converting new shares added has been minimal over the past few months.
All of the convertible debt issued via Hypur isn’t convertible until over .05 with an automatic convert if the price hits .25 to .50. Sounds like Hypur is pretty confident in the share price as they get no return prior. All in the filings if you dig enough. Also remember the company had over $2 million in net profits first quarter.
