I just looked quick and it never happened before. Of course TPNL has added roughly 4.4% to the VMI since being sold in the VMIR. So clearly that is the reason for the underpeformance in the VMIR in 2018. This is all TPNL related for the most part in my opinion. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
