There's a but and this is where percentages can be misleading, 22% of 2700 ASP is 675.
25% over avg cost of say 1000 = 250.

Without knowing the avg cost when admin is factored in there is no way to really know if they come out ahead financially in the short term. That said they will come out ahead in the longer-term as they will not have huge investment in adding sales personnel. Still they do need another revenue source to get to black.
