I was hoping that the trend line of increasing lows on the chart the last month was the start of an uptrend. It still could be if it goes back up again from here.

What I don't like is the volume increase / decrease.

If it's a promo then that would indicate to me that the promo is the reason for the volume/price increase and now that the promo is wearing off, the volume will drop and so will the price and therefore end of start of uptrend.

If there were some other news going on, and there hadn't been a promo, I would buy those .11's looking for at least a continuation beyond .11

if it can close above .12 tomorrow, it's still on track.
