A recent press release from DirectView indicated orders the company received for school security and surveillance. Ralston explained that significance of security systems in the wake of mass shootings in schools and elsewhere, and that safety was of the utmost significance.

“That’s one of the saddest things we hear about,” he said. “It’s not only schools, it’s concerts…it could be anything in public and school shootings are just the thing getting the most attention.”
