Yes, it's clear LaChapelle was only around to help pump and dump VCPS into the ground. Honestly I was hoping for a bounce here considering the quick drop to .0001, but now months later it's clearly not the case. Too much dilution pushed and locked this up at .0001.

I've learned the hard way that most OTC tickers don't simply bounce back since crooked management already pocketed their money. When the pump is over, the stock is stuck in the .0001 graveyard for who knows how long. It's better to just keep these scams on the watchlist instead of taking a lotto position while they're quietly flatlined.

Maybe when LaChapelle's done with ETER, he'll come back and try to pump interest into VCPS again - giving us all a chance to get out.
