First off, is SIGO a Nevada corporation or a Colorado corporation?

Once again, either because of obfuscation or incompetence, Valerie submitted this 8k using the tax ID of another Wade scam, OPMZ.

Second, reads as if they retained an accountant and never used their services so they would not have to file, and now they're doing the same with a new accountant.
