ACTL: one of its Non-Reporting OTC peers just exploded to 0.0008 most recently from the Same bottom 0.0001 with 3.875B or 3,875,000,000 shares Giant OS! To match the same market value, ACTL will create a New 52-week high 0.00444 based on only 699,217,523 shares Low OS!

We just need very strong slapping actions at 0.0002 to take out all the 0.0002 asking shares (about $25K cash) in order to trigger the rally again!

Anyway why someones here always wasted numerous commission fees to buy fractional shares at 0.0002 everyday? It sounds very stupid to do so! IMO, you should either buy 130M ~ 1M shares at 0.0002 or don't buy any shares at 0.0002 at all.

Another Similar-SS Non-Reporting OTC peer did explode to 0.0014 most recently from the same bottom 0.0001 with 900M shares OS!

In fact ACTL ever surged 12-Bagger to 0.0012 in 2016 from 0.0001 with huge slapping volumes (total 320M shares of trading volume) v.s. at Bottom 0.0001 now!

Most recently ACTL did bounce 4-Bagger to 0.0004 on March 26, 2018 with about 250M shares of trading volume.

Hopefully our management team will file something or issue some business updating very soon which will be an excellent catalyst to soar 44-Bagger+!

Let's wish "TCA Global Credit Master Fund L.P." will do something good in the near future since TCA is the majority shareholder here...
