I remain cautious on whether NASDAQ will accept their application.

My two cents.. I have seen a few other companies in a lot less shape than CVSI uplist to Nasdaq. I fully expect the uplisting to be approved. CVSI meets all the requirements so why expect otherwise?

There has been some negative press lately, sure. But if I remember correctly, there is no stipulation that a company cannot have negative press. Not to mention, if the Nasdaq reviewer guys look at the allegations like we all have they will see that they are without merit.

Add to the fact that CVSI just received GRAS status I would think that Nasdaq would be happy to have us. I myself will be surprised if CVSI is denied Nasdaq membership.
