Interesting Quarterly update
The Board of Directors continues negotiations to extend the lease for the Lucky Ben Properties and additional 5 years beyond when the lease is currently scheduled to expire at the end of 2019. The Board of Directors has also entered into discussions with additional property owners of historically high producing gold and silver properties in the area.
Road work was completed on the Arlise Gulch Road in anticipation of work to be completed in the following quarter. A second parallel vein structure has been located on adjacent claim recently staked and known as the Lucky Leland Claim. The new vein structure will be sampled during planned work in the following quarter.
Arrangements are being made for Jason Owen to arrive in the following quarter. Mr. Owen has extensive experience in mining and has agreed to visit the properties and he has expressed significant interest in presenting a funding proposal to individuals and corporations he is associated with.
Operational plans for the next quarter include sampling of the newly identified vein structure. Trenching and sampling of the Lucky Ben vein structure. Sampling of the open stope on the Lucky Ben Claim. An attempt will be made to clear the blockage in the main tunnel on the Lucky Ben for the purpose of further exploration. Identification and staking of proposed drill pad sites. Obtain a drill cost bid. Continued exploration of the properties. Continued efforts to raise necessary funds to complete exploration and development work necessary to move the property into production.
Administrative work was completed to complete the transition to our new stock transfer agent, Pacific Stock Transfer which acquired our previous stock transfer agent, OTC Stock Transfer. Administrative work was also completed to update our registration and status with OTC Markets.
