The same questions that pretty much all on this board would ask if they took the effort to write.

The impression I got is that management is working on and committed to reducing cost, streamlining the product pipeline, and making deals where possible.

I suggested they should buy more shares in the open market. Let's see what happens with that.

Understand that KB was dealt a very bad hand by the crook DOC and incompetent TL. He is trying to cleanup the mess, but it's not going to be easy and it's going to be risky.

This is not a mickey mouse company with fake science that's trying to sell snake oil. The science is real. The technology has potential. The CSO and CMO are well known and well respected in the industry. Patience is the key here. It's been very painful to see but I believe the market will correct itself in the long run as long as management makes good and timely decisions and sees the science through to fruition.
