I was hoping the same thing for awhile TJ. I guess I believe if I’m KB, and I knew any chance at a deal within the next 6 months, I don’t go for this offering. I wait for the share spike on news of new deal then monetize it. They don’t need a CC because I think the offering says it all. Sadly I believe KB doesn’t feel he can land a deal. They know they on their own the rest of the way until something in the data makes them appealing again
