i dont' do to much driving (less or at 12k a year) ive seen 3 wrecks this past month (before I couldnt tell you how many ive seen in my life but less than a hand full) all were two vehicle left turned into oncoming traffic..

i assume its "cash for crash" or "get me the hell out my 750 a month car payment"

since you have to have full coverage on "new/loan" vehicles...
