With the close of the merger drawing ever closer I suspect there will begin an exodus here by former ETP unit holders, as soon as they see the stealthy D cut which could already have occurred as the fine print states.

I have experienced the ability of companies to be preemptive on the issue in other merger/acquisitions.
I think there are plenty including institutional money that hold on the rumor but will sell on the news.

The target for ETE is $21

ETP and ETE will trade in lock step but when the deal closes and even now I am watching and considering reducing the position here. There are some bigger fish screaming with upside potential.
