ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM - So if I read this correctly, APJ Tierney is now on the panel that will decide the lifting of the stay with Apple, and he has always sided with Apple on IPR challenges. This can't bode well for the stock price or the future path for VPLM.

Very disappointing. Seems to me that a positive outcome from the PTAB is much less likely. Price is likely to tank, which it seems to be doing already. Not good. This seems like a huge blow to us hopeful investors. Am I missing something?
