WARNING. Beware of ANY trades in this notorious INSOLVENT fraud. Just organized insiders selling to any takers since they own stock at ZERO.. Good SEC knows about this fraud. Scammers filed UNAUDITED INSOLVENT docs. This scam reported 10k in sales for 6 MONTHS--2 quarters!! Owes almost a million dollars (and losses of $ 3,000,000.) and $250k owed to "related party". Also only cash they have (a whopping 1500 bucks) is from a sale of $5k at .0015. Without this way below bid sale--the company would show NO CASH. ITS INSOLVENT!!!!! Proof the real scam biz is printing stock!!
