The Broker Department you want to speak to is Corporate Actions.

Corporate Actions Dept handles, M/A, Dividends, Stock Splits, etc.


Ask if there is anything PENDING or Alerts regarding BioAmber.

This is the quickest way to get to the bottom. Not sure if any are open now. Probably not, but Brokers have really changed their staffing hours with the silly Trade 24/5 and such.
