This is most excellent and expected. All options for Directors and executives have been swapped out in an even transaction. No cash exchanged. All higher strike compensation options are converted to $1.50 strike price. That means the company will raise many by Officers and Directors paying the strike price to exercise the options as the price move substantially above the strike price. Therefore the company raises money without wholesale dilution at the same time the key Officers and Directors are compensated. Good move and portends confidence that we will see higher prices and staves off a need to raise capital from outside the company. Granted some of these shares will be sold into the market to pay for the exercise of the options but it will be drip drip fashion by those that have Shareholders best interests at heart. Good move.
