I think this project is dust. Its been replaced by about 5 other companies that nugs has bought or allied itself with since then.

The city of Santa Barbara has severely restricted the number of licenses available and with very strict rules.

So if it actually happens , fantastic, but personally I think they have moved on to bigger opportunities.

Any other opinions...Ive done some research but I do see much better researchers than myself on this board.
