O/S count is growing while PPS is

dropping. Now 24 1/2 million. Toxic
notes are coming, quickly. Then next,
a hugh 5000 or 10,000 R/S screwing the
shareholders with know hope to recover.
That's the way DRYS worked it and FREEF
will work it the same way. Two months
ago FREEF had only 5 million O/S.
