So they only held for that month .. and dumped.

What we see here is only a low float slide, maybe from retail shorts or cheap Warrant sellers. I doubt they sell for just 10% gains though :)

NASDAQ is played here always down on the slide
to drag TASE with it the next day.
Today they overdid it with -8% and TASE may not follow.

On 9/9 is the final step in the settlement: Hearing & Decision,
we assume that's it. All parties agreed to the settlement.
Thereafter we will hear about partnership for the new US and maybe other areas. Therefor a run-up towards this date or thereafter is expected.
