Yes Markus, I thought that too initially but, I don't think the length of time stipulated means anything i.e. they have to pick some time frame and I think it's more prudent to overestimate than under so they don't have to go through the application and news release process again over this issue or have the buyback cut off if they do need more time.

I other words, it just means they have the ability to scoop up as many sub 20 cent shares as are offered but it doesn't mean that this threshold is at all sustained because of the buyback.
