If they start dropping form 4’s they we know who is buying up the shares
The "insiders" CANNOT even file an SEC Form 4 to report personal SPRV stock transactions, because SPRV is NOT registered with the SEC!

SPVR CANNOT FILE ANY SEC FORMS, SO INVESTORS, SEEKING "REAL" TRANSPARENCY, ARE SCREWED!
