It’s a shell napie- a scam is when company sells shares for money-only people selling shares here are other stockholders. There is no notes, no debt no dilution. Yes, company looks dead. But not a scam. What you own here is a piece of a very attractive share structure with a CEO that doesn’t know what to do with it. Sit tight.
