Is creating a shell of a public company for the purpose of selling illegal? I would say YES! What broker dealer would file a 15c211 and be part of that fradulant scheme? In the lawsuit from the SEC.

Was the broker dealer the individual named in the SEC lawsuit with the initials M.E.

isn't MICAH ELDRED a broker dealer?
