UATG OS is maxed out now...independent of whatever happens in the future right now any volume would raise the pps since no shares can be had other than from retailers hands (selling for a loss).

I expect a small run based on the maxed out OS any day now. That independently, from other promising factors and fundamentals.

Can't believe the merger rumors, but believe that CEO won't do RS and at some point will raise AS from 1B to ~2B (he said he won't do either..but, hey, whatcha gonna do when there is convertible debt left but no issuable shares)
