My theory is that the buying comes in waves from one or a group of buyers...someone gets wind of this undervalued and overlooked stock and realizes they need to get in before take-off so they gobble up a big chunk (and lock more of the 172m float) and then go away...its not a steady stream of small buyers but small chunks of big buyers...my theory...
