More on the meaning of the count column/filter:

If he’s watching a specific type of alert, let’s say new highs, but he’s also got a filter, like volume must be 3x normal, then he might miss a lot of new highs for each stock. Maybe GNSS had 26 new highs where the volume was too low, and the 27th one had enough volume. Then he’d see GNSS #27 as he described.

This tells him that GNSS met all of the criteria he specified at 10:27. However, it’s also giving him some additional information. It’s also telling him that GNSS met the alert criteria 26 times before that, it just didn’t meet the criteria of his window specific filters.

The # column is especially useful in combination with the # filter. All stocks make some new highs. But a lot of new highs mean that there’s a trend. You might, for example, ask to see all stocks making their 27th new high.
