Why Dilute: To Regain Control via the Debenture.

"Dilution" is in place via:
- Conversion of Preferred Stock to Common Stock
- Subordinate Secured Convertible Debenture to acquire up to 9% of Common Stock

If Conversion occurs before the Debenture; then that is "Dilution" on top of "Dilution"

This Dilution will yield significant control to Preferred Stock owners who convert and whomever exercises the Debenture. I bet this Dilution will occur before the Settlement Cash begins to roll-in.

It would be great if KK exercises a Fiduciary Responsibility and throw some crumbs to Common Shareholders via a One-Time Dividend against the Settlement and and Annual Dividend against Royalties.
